Albert Baker was Secretary of the Welsh Quoit Association when he wrote his account of the history of quoits in Wales covering the period from 1896 to 1948. He includes tables detailing competitions between Wales and England, and Wales and Scotland between these dates in addition to tables of Welsh Champions, Captains and Junior Champions.
